Seaweed Food Safety: Regulatory Overview
Based on discussions during Seaweed Hub meetings, the National Sea Grant Law Center produced a slide deck entitled Seaweed Food Safety: Regulatory Overview, which provides an overview of the federal food safety framework as it applies to seaweed. The Law Center also created speaking notes that go along with these slides to provide more context for what is covered in the slides.
